Temperature-Controlled Transportation
We specialize in the safe and reliable transportation of refrigerated and frozen goods throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our fleet is equipped with temperature-controlled vehicles designed to maintain product integrity during transit.
Temperature Standards
We transport products according to the required temperature ranges:
- Frozen Products: Maintained at -18°C or below.
- Chilled/Refrigerated Products: Maintained between 2°C and 8°C, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
- Custom temperature requirements may be accommodated upon request.
Shipment Handling
- All shipments are handled by trained personnel.
- Vehicles are inspected and sanitized regularly.
- Temperature monitoring systems are used throughout transportation.
- Products are loaded and unloaded using procedures designed to minimize temperature fluctuations.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipment information.
- Ensuring goods are properly packaged for refrigerated or frozen transport.
- Clearly communicating any special handling or temperature requirements before dispatch.
Delivery Times
We strive to deliver shipments within the agreed delivery schedule. Delivery times may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures or traffic disruptions
- Government regulations or inspections
- Force majeure events
Temperature Monitoring
Temperature records may be available upon request for eligible shipments. Any temperature deviation identified during transit will be documented and communicated when required.
Shipment Inspection
Recipients should inspect shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage, temperature concerns, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported immediately and documented on the delivery receipt.
Liability
While we take all reasonable measures to maintain required temperatures and protect cargo, liability is limited to the terms agreed upon in the transportation contract and applicable Saudi laws and regulations.
Prohibited Goods
We reserve the right to refuse transportation of goods that:
- Violate Saudi laws or regulations.
- Are improperly packaged.
- Present a health, safety, or contamination risk.
- Require conditions not previously disclosed.
